Rules on returns

Changed your mind? You have the right to return your order.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. After you submit your withdrawal statement, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us. The whole process is handled by our simple online withdrawal wizard, which guides you step by step and prepares the required documents for you.

Good to know before you return

  • Condition of goods – please return items in their original condition. While the goods are in your possession, you are responsible for keeping them safe and taking reasonable care of them.
  • Return shipping – you arrange and cover the cost of return shipping yourself, using the carrier of your choice. We do not provide a prepaid return label. We recommend a tracked service, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
  • Where to send – returns go to our address in Warsaw, Poland. The exact return address is shown in the withdrawal wizard and in the documents it generates.
  • Exceptions – if we delivered the wrong item, or the item is damaged or defective, contact us first at info@rallymerchandise.eu and we will sort out the return at our expense.

How to return in three steps

  1. Start your return. Log in to your account and open the withdrawal wizard. Select the item you want to return and your preferred refund method, then print and sign the withdrawal statement.
  2. Send the parcel. Pack the goods together with the signed statement (you can reuse the original box) and seal it well. Ship it to the return address shown in the wizard, using any carrier you like. We recommend keeping your tracking number.
  3. Get your refund. You will receive your refund using your chosen method no later than 14 days after you inform us of your withdrawal — usually sooner. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, in line with the withdrawal instructions attached to the Terms & Conditions. Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union, any import duties or taxes originally paid are handled according to your local customs rules.
