Sabelt Taurus XL Seat (homologacja FIA)

The Sabelt TAURUS XL belongs to the Taurus line and is offered in the wider XL version, intended for larger-framed drivers. It is a homologated competition seat for rally and circuit cars, certified to FIA 8855-1999.

The shell is made of fibreglass with a tubular structure and sits on side mounting. Five openings for the harness straps allow a six-point harness to be fitted. High lateral support and a headrest with tall wings keep the driver held in place during long sessions in the cockpit.

The seat is finished in black. A red seam runs vertically down the centre of the backrest, while the middle of the backrest and the seat base carry horizontal quilted panels in mesh fabric. Velour covers the sides and the headrest. White embroidered Sabelt lettering appears on the front and side of the headrest and on the front of the seat base, with the model name placed above the backrest. The headrest has two rectangular cut-outs with frames, and the glossy rear of the shell is smooth and black.

The seat base uses an abrasion-resistant material, and the cushions are removable for easier cleaning. Shell and interior dimensions depend on the size, so the manufacturer's size chart for the XL version should be checked before ordering.
