The OGIO Baja Hydro is a compact hydration backpack with a total capacity of 8 litres and dimensions of 41 x 25 x 13 cm. At 0.8 kg, it sits lightly on the back without restricting movement during demanding outdoor activity. The shell is constructed from nylon and polyurethane, both chosen for their abrasion resistance in everyday and trail use.

A 2-litre hydration bladder is included with the pack. Made in the USA from mPE/EVA material, the bladder is BPA-free, antibacterial, taste-neutral and odour-resistant. It features a dedicated carry handle and a wide opening for straightforward filling and cleaning.

The insulated hydration compartment extends drink-temperature retention by 30% through its lining, and an internal retention system prevents the bladder from shifting during movement, with a dedicated tube port for routing the drinking tube. A fleece-lined electronics pocket at the top of the pack protects devices from scratches, while the front compartment houses mesh organisers, a key hook and a zippered pocket. A front panel with adjustable bungee-style attachment accommodates a helmet or bulkier accessories, and two side mesh pockets provide additional storage. Dual side compression straps round out the exterior organisation.

The shoulder harness is built on a dual-triangle construction with adjustable sternum strap, allowing ergonomic fit without limiting range of motion. Ventilated back panels with soft-material padding support airflow, and a lower hip belt adds stability during extended wear. The pack is finished in black with yellow-green accent elements throughout.
