Recaro Axion 1 Child Seat Houndstooth

The Recaro Axion 1 Houndstooth is a child car seat designed for passengers weighing between 15 and 36 kg. The outer shell is moulded from hard plastic in a matte black finish. The central sections of the backrest and seat are upholstered in a black-and-white houndstooth fabric, while the surrounding areas use a solid matte black textile. Brushed aluminium-coloured side panels and bright green accents at the armrest pivot points complete the exterior detail. An embroidered logo is present on the headrest.

The seat attaches to the vehicle via an ISOFIX system with yellow connectors on the base. Trapezoid-shaped lateral walls in the shell structure are intended to reduce side-impact forces. A memory foam headrest supports the neck and absorbs vibration. The upholstery fabric carries Hohenstein OEKO-TEX® certification.
