Bell HP77 EVO-IV Helmet (FIA)
The Bell HP77 EVO-IV is a full-face racing helmet belonging to the Bell Advanced Series - the manufacturer's flagship line developed for top-level competition drivers. The outer shell is formed from high-grade carbon fibre, leaving the characteristic diamond-weave pattern visible across the entire surface. The helmet carries FIA 8860-2018 ABP homologation, one of the most stringent safety standards recognised in international motorsport.
The HP77 EVO-IV design integrates advanced passive safety features with a considered ventilation layout and a comfortable interior lining. The finish is the natural, matte tone of raw carbon fibre - no colour lacquer is applied - which keeps the weave structure visible and gives the helmet a distinctly minimalist character.
The carbon shell features a matte natural finish with a clear diamond-pattern weave. Oval Bell Helmets stickers with red lettering appear on the side panels and at the rear. The HP77 model designation and Advanced Series marking are positioned on the lower side section. The visor sits in a dark grey tint when closed, with a visible perimeter seal, and the visor-locking mechanisms on both sides are finished in polished metal and polymer. Transparent ventilation spoilers are mounted at the top of the shell; upper spoilers are sold separately and are not included. Ventilation ports are integrated into the lower shell structure. The interior is lined with dark grey padding, and the entry opening is framed with a soft border.
The shell is formed from high-grade carbon fibre, combining structural rigidity with resistance to deformation. The advanced interior liner is engineered to maximise impact energy absorption. The visor system includes a Double Screen Anti-Fog (DSAF) injection-moulded inner screen to reduce fogging. Factory-fitted HANS clips are pre-installed and ready for direct connection to a HANS device without additional hardware. The dedicated visor is from the SE077 series, with a thickness of 3 mm.
The FIA 8860-2018 ABP certification makes the HP77 EVO-IV eligible for use in the highest classes of motorsport competition. The pre-installed HANS clip configuration and the certification level both reflect a product intended for professional racing environments where technical regulations demand the most current FIA approval. The helmet is supplied complete with a protective bag and the SE077 3 mm visor.
