The Bell MAG-1 Sport is an open-face motorsport helmet from the Bell Sport Series, designed for competitive drivers requiring current safety certification with proven construction. The shell is formed from composite fibreglass, producing a rigid and durable structure that balances protection with manageable weight. The finish is gloss white, a classic motorsport colour.
The visor is finished in gloss black and secured to the shell with visible metal fixings on each side. Oval Bell Helmets logo decals in red and white appear on the visor and on both sides of the shell. A clear "MAG-1" identification is printed on the side, accompanied by a red "SPORT" designation. The rear carries an additional Bell oval logo and a size marking. At the rear edges on both sides, chromed HANS clips are installed at the factory level - no adapters or modifications are required before connecting a HANS device. A black rubber seal runs along the facial aperture edge. The interior is lined with soft, dark padding that covers the ear and forehead areas.
Homologation to FIA 8859-2024 qualifies the MAG-1 Sport for use in rally and other FIA-regulated motorsport disciplines that require current certification. The removable visor incorporates a transparent sun shield fitted to its underside, adding practical flexibility across different lighting conditions on a race or rally stage.
