The Bell GT6 Ultra Rally is a full-face competition helmet from Bell's top-tier Ultra Series. Its shell geometry and ventilation layout are derived from the Bell HP6 model, carrying proven proportions into a configuration built specifically for rally use. The carbon fibre construction keeps overall weight low while maintaining the structural rigidity required at the highest level of motorsport. Certification to FIA 8859-2024 makes the helmet eligible for FIA-regulated events under current safety regulations.

The carbon fibre shell has a dark finish through which the weave pattern is visible, combining gloss sections with areas showing the raw texture of the carbon braid - most pronounced across the extended chin guard. Bell Helmets branding appears on the top of the shell and on both sides as oval badges, while the GT6 Ultra Rally model designation is marked on the chin guard. The visor aperture edge is fitted with a dark seal, and the interior lining at the face opening is black. A Smartlock visor catch mechanism with a red release element is positioned on either side of the shell. Symmetrical HANS anchor bolts are recessed into the rear of the shell, accompanied by a central Bell badge.

The helmet comes equipped with a factory-fitted short sun visor to reduce glare without obstructing sightlines inside the cockpit. The visor port is compatible with the SE06 series visor, which attaches using the Smartlock quick-release system. A ZeroNoise intercom unit is integrated into the helmet, with ear speakers fitted for sound attenuation in the rally environment. Connection to an external intercom hub is made via the included Nexus lead. HANS system clips are installed at the factory, requiring no additional fitting before use at an event.

The Bell GT6 Ultra Rally is intended for adult competition drivers taking part in rally events where a current FIA homologation is a regulatory requirement. The unisex sizing and fit are suitable for both male and female drivers.
