Stilo WRX Dirt Zero Rally Helmet (FIA)
The Stilo WRX DIRT Zero Rally is a closed-face rally helmet carrying FIA 8860-2018 homologation, developed for off-road competition at the highest level. The shell is built from high-density carbon fibre using Stilo's PURO technology, which removes the need for an outer clear-coat layer - a process that directly reduces the finished weight. Sizes 54-58 come in at 1400 g, sizes 59-61 reach 1530 g, and the largest shell (63-64) weighs 1610 g, placing the WRX DIRT Zero among the lightest closed-face helmets that meet FIA 8860-2018.
The carbon weave is left in its natural deep-black finish with no additional lacquer, keeping the texture of the fibre visible across the entire shell surface. The Stilo logo appears in a white-and-red version on the crown and on both sides of the helmet, while the "Zero" model designation is rendered in a tone close to the shell colour. The visor features a wide, tall profile; its pivot mounting hardware on either side is finished in contrasting silver metal. A circular intercom port carrying the Stilo logo is visible on each side panel.
The helmet ships with a WRC-grade intercom system factory-installed, including an adjustable dynamic microphone with noise reduction, plus ear cushions designed for effective isolation from exterior sound. Factory-fitted HANS clips are integrated into the shell, removing the need for separate adaptor hardware. The combination of built-in communication and HANS compatibility means the helmet is competition-ready straight from the box, with no additional equipment required.
