The Stilo WRX DIRT Carbon Rally is a closed full-face helmet designed for off-road competition - including cross-country rally raids and terrain-based events. The outer shell is constructed from high-density carbon fibre, with the woven weave pattern fully exposed across the entire exterior surface. The helmet carries the current FIA 8859-2024 homologation, granting eligibility for events held under FIA regulations.

The shell is produced using Stilo's PURO technology, a manufacturing process that removes the need for any external lacquer coat. The result is a surface where the raw carbon weave remains directly visible without additional layers - contributing at the same time to a reduced overall weight. Depending on size, the Stilo WRX DIRT Carbon weighs from 1340 g (sizes 54-58) through 1480 g (sizes 59-61) to 1570 g (sizes 63-64).

The shell profile is rounded and compact, with a full chin guard and a generously proportioned crown section forming the characteristic silhouette of a closed helmet. The entire exterior is finished in deep black, with the metallic sheen of the carbon weave providing the only surface contrast. The Stilo logo appears in white and red on both sides; the word "Carbon" is printed in a light colour on each side of the crown. The visor is wide and tall, fitted with a clear transparent lens, mounted in an adjustable retention system. The interior includes shaped ear pockets housing integrated speakers, along with soft padding marked with the Stilo logo. Intercom connectors, HANS attachment points and a blue intercom release element are fitted to the sides and rear.

The helmet is factory-fitted with a WRC-class intercom system comprising an adjustable dynamic microphone with noise reduction and noise-attenuating speaker cups, eliminating the need for a separate communication purchase. HANS clips are also pre-installed, making the helmet immediately compatible with a HANS restraint device without modification. The wide visor surface provides an extended field of vision suited to varied off-road terrain.
