The Stilo Sport Plus is an open-face helmet that combines FIA homologation with an integrated intercom at an accessible price level. The outer shell is constructed from an MSF fibreglass and Kevlar composite, delivering impact resistance and structural rigidity suitable for competitive rallying. Depending on shell size, the total weight is 1,460 g for sizes 54-57 and 1,570 g for sizes 59-61.

Certification to the FIA 8859-2015 standard qualifies this helmet for use in FIA-regulated competition. HANS clips are factory-fitted to both sides of the shell, enabling immediate compatibility with a HANS device without additional hardware.

The shell exterior is finished in gloss white throughout. A white adjustable peak in rigid plastic runs across the front, framed by a black edge around the face aperture. The Stilo logo appears on the forehead panel and on the rear section. Intercom components are mounted on the side sections, with a round push-button bearing Stilo markings visible on one side. The interior lining is black, constructed from dense foam with clearly shaped cheekpad inserts in expanded polystyrene (EPS) for fit and energy absorption. The chin strap features a metal buckle in red, with the strap itself in a light beige tone. The intercom cable exits the shell with a Nexus-compatible connector, and a flexible microphone arm with a foam windshield is attached to one side.

The integrated intercom is the Stilo WRC unit, compatible with intercom control boxes fitted with a Nexus socket - eliminating the need for a separate communication kit. The adjustable peak provides additional flexibility for managing sun and wind exposure during use.

The Stilo Sport Plus is designed for competition drivers in FIA-sanctioned events where an open-face helmet with built-in communication is required, including stage rally and other disciplines governed by FIA 8859-2015 regulations. It is also a practical choice for drivers equipping a co-driver seat or building a competition setup for the first time.
