Stilo ST6 F Composite Offshore Helmet (FIA)
The Stilo ST6 F Composite Offshore is a closed-face racing helmet built for open-cockpit competition and offshore motorsport disciplines. Its shell is constructed from a fibreglass and Kevlar composite, combining impact resistance with reduced weight compared to the previous generation. The helmet carries FIA 8859-2024 homologation, confirming compliance with the latest motorsport safety standards in force.
The outer shell is finished in high-gloss orange. A black frame surrounds the visor aperture, with matching dark accents along the lower chin section creating clear visual contrast against the main body. Stilo logotypes appear on the crown and chin, alongside the Composite designation on either side of the chin area. The visor is clear and mounted in a dark frame equipped with a locking mechanism. Side vents and lower chin intakes are integrated into the chin-piece design. Silver connectors and a blue communications socket are positioned on both sides of the shell, while HANS clip anchor points are built into the rear of the helmet.
Shell weight is 1510 g for sizes 54-58, 1630 g for sizes 59-61, and 1740 g for sizes 63-64. The redesigned chin-piece features lateral and lower air intakes, complemented by crown ventilation, improving thermal comfort during sustained competition use. An updated visor mounting system provides improved downward visibility.
Communication hardware is integrated directly into the helmet: a dynamic noise-reduction microphone and a Nexus socket for connection to an intercom control unit are fitted as standard, along with an earpiece connector - earpieces are not included. HANS clip anchors are built in without requiring any aftermarket modification, making the ST6 F Composite Offshore a complete solution for competitors where HANS restraints are mandated or preferred.
The orange finish serves a functional purpose in offshore competition, enhancing competitor visibility on water and around the circuit. The FIA 8859-2024 certificate covers the helmet for FIA-regulated events requiring open-cockpit homologation, making it suitable across a range of motorsport categories beyond offshore racing.
