Stilo Venti4 WRC Composite Offshore Helmet (FIA)
The Stilo Venti4 WRC Composite Offshore is an open-face rally helmet carrying FIA 8859-2024 homologation, developed for competitors who require wireless intercom capability alongside certified head protection. The shell is constructed from Stilo's MSF composite - a layered combination of fibreglass and Kevlar that delivers high structural rigidity at a controlled weight. Shell weight runs from 1390 g for sizes 54-58, to 1520 g for sizes 59-61, and 1600 g for sizes 63-64.
The exterior finish is a high-gloss orange covering the entire outer shell, including the adjustable peak. Black detailing frames the face aperture and traces the lower edge of the shell. The Stilo logo sits on the crown at the front, with the "Venti4" designation placed on the chin guard element. Inside, black liner padding is fitted with branded cheek pads manufactured from expanded polystyrene (EPS). Ruby-coloured fixing screws appear in twin sets on each side of the shell, accompanied by metal pins prepared for FHR/HANS clip attachment - no modification required.
A blue connector at the rear of the helmet houses the integrated Stilo WRC intercom system. The microphone is a noise-reducing magneto-dynamic unit fitted with interchangeable spacer pads. Wireless operation is fully compatible with the Stilo WL base unit, and wired connection is supported by WRC-series intercoms and other units equipped with a Nexus connector. The adjustable peak is colour-matched to the shell and can be repositioned to suit varying light conditions on stage.
With FIA 8859-2024 certification current under the latest sporting regulations, the Stilo Venti4 WRC Composite Offshore suits drivers competing in rally and offshore events where both homologation and integrated wireless communication with a co-driver are mandatory. Sizes are available from 54 to 64 across three shell ranges. A considered choice in the composite open-face category for licence-holding competitors.
