The Stilo DG-20 Plug is a digital intercom amplifier built for rally crews, pairing driver and co-driver in a single compact unit. At its core sits an upgraded processor that handles audio processing in real time, delivering the brand's EVO digital noise reduction - an active suppression system that filters out cockpit noise to keep communication clear at speed.

The dual digital filter is one of the defining features of this unit: driver and co-driver each have independent filter level settings, so both crew members can dial in exactly the attenuation they need without affecting the other channel. Volume levels for each seat are adjusted separately via the clearly marked controls on the top panel - the driver section identified in blue, the co-driver section in yellow.

Bluetooth connectivity is built in, allowing wireless pairing with a mobile phone for audio calls without removing the helmet. A dedicated Stilo mobile application provides a straightforward interface for configuring intercom parameters remotely. The USB-C port on the lower edge of the housing serves both data connectivity and firmware update functions, keeping the unit current without a service centre visit. A protective cap for the USB-C port is included in the box.

The "Plug" designation refers to the Nexus connector fitted to the cable, compatible with helmets equipped with the corresponding Nexus socket. The housing is moulded in black plastic in a compact rectangular form. The set also includes two coiled cables terminated with jack plugs and a separate power supply lead.
