The Stilo DG-20 Socket is a digital intercom amplifier built around a more powerful processor than its predecessor, enabling real-time signal processing and advanced noise-reduction algorithms. The unit is designed for driver-codriver communication in rally competition and terminates with a Nexus-type socket - the Socket designation is a critical compatibility detail when pairing with Stilo helmets and earpieces that use the same standard.

The housing is moulded from black plastic with a distinctly textured, grippy surface. The front panel carries a light-grey label with function buttons identified by icons and colour coding: the left zone in blue marked "DRIVER", the right zone in yellow marked "CODRIVER". A central SET button and the Stilo logo occupy the middle of the panel, while call-accept (green) and call-reject (red) buttons along with a red S/R button are positioned at the bottom. The lower edge of the unit accommodates two RCA connectors (red and white) and a USB-C port protected by a rubber cover. Two coiled cables with Nexus connectors are supplied with the unit.

The EVO digital active noise reduction system processes audio continuously and eliminates interference generated by the vehicle's environment. A dual digital filter provides independent settings for the driver and codriver, allowing each occupant's audio to be optimised separately - an uncommon feature at this level of equipment. Bluetooth connectivity is built directly into the amplifier, enabling phone audio to be routed without any external adapter or additional module. Configuration is handled via the Stilo mobile app, which provides straightforward parameter adjustment from a smartphone. The USB-C port serves both data transfer and firmware updates.

The DG-20 Socket suits rally crews competing at events where reliable, clear intercom communication is essential to both safety and pace. Independent volume regulation and filter adjustment for both audio zones, combined with integrated Bluetooth telephony, make this unit a self-contained communication hub for the rally car.
