Alpinestars Tech-M V2 Mechanic Gloves (FIA)
Alpinestars Tech-M V2 is a pair of mechanic gloves homologated to FIA 8856-2018, made for pit lane work and workshop service. The black construction carries reinforced areas on the palm and fingers, and the cuff is open, so the gloves go on and come off quickly between tasks.
Protection in the thumb-to-finger zone comes from an FRR panel: a silicone panel made of aramid fibre reinforced with Kevlar. The inner palm has leather grip panels and textured finger overlays, while the pre-curved fingers give an ergonomic fit. The wrist is elastic, rated at 180°.
The outer side is black with white contrast details. A large Alpinestars star logo sits on a raised panel on the back of the hand, with a smaller star on the knuckles. The long cuff shows white brand lettering, a white label confirming FIA compliance, an additional star logo and a reinforced patch. This adult, men's version suits mechanics working on rally and race cars, as well as other tasks that call for homologated hand protection.
