OMP Side Seat Mounting Frame with Damper
The OMP Side Seat Mounting Frame with Damper is a lateral mounting component for sport seats in rally and circuit vehicles. Produced by OMP, the Italian motorsport accessories manufacturer, it is intended for drivers and builders preparing competition or track-day vehicles where a stable and precisely positioned seat mount is required.
The frame is manufactured from aluminium at 6 mm thickness and 495 mm in length. The surface is finished in black throughout. Precisely machined mounting holes run along the longer edge of the bracket. The damper unit is integrated into the main body of the frame and secured by visible bolts and fastening elements.
The integrated damper reduces vibrations and impacts transmitted to the seat during demanding conditions on track. The bracket is installed laterally, fitting between the vehicle subframe and the seat shell, following standard seat mounting practice for competition-prepared vehicles.
