OMP Seat Mounting Frame for ALFA/SEAT/VW
This OMP seat mounting frame is a pair of steel brackets that allows a sports seat to be fitted in Volkswagen Group cars. It carries the manufacturer code HD0-0780-L and is marked FIA. The kit is one-size and is designated as the left-hand version.
Each side is built from an angle-section rail with holes in the horizontal flange for fixing to the floor. Two tapered uprights with a bolt hole at the top sit on the rail, and rows of holes in the angle section allow the uprights to be set in different positions. Bolts with hexagon nuts are included in the set. The bare metal finish is silver in appearance. The frame is intended for bucket seats whose feet do not line up with the factory mounting points.
Listed applications are Audi A3 (96 to 03), Seat Ibiza 2nd series (93 to 02), Volkswagen Lupo (from 98), Volkswagen Polo 2nd series (11/94 to 02), Volkswagen Golf 3rd and 4th series, and Volkswagen New Beetle (from 98). Because the kit is left-handed, fitment depends on the model year and the side of installation.
