OMP Seat Mounting Frame for Honda
- Steel OMP seat mounting frame for Honda Integra from 2002, with FIA homologation. Allows a sport seat to be fitted where factory mounts do not match.
OMP Seat Mounting Frame for Honda
This OMP seat mounting frame is an intermediate part fitted between the car floor and a bucket seat. It is made for the Honda Integra from 2002 and addresses a specific issue: the standard fixing points in that car do not line up with a competition seat. According to the manufacturer's data, the frame carries FIA homologation, which is relevant for cars prepared for competition.
The set consists of two steel beams made from L-shaped angle profile. The base has several mounting holes for bolting it to the floor, and two uprights tapering towards the top rise from each beam. Each upright has a threaded hole at the upper end for the seat bolt. One of the elements also has a row of holes in the uprights, together with bolts and nuts, so height and position can be adjusted. The surface is raw and matt, with no paint and no logos.
The rigid frame suits drivers swapping the original Honda Integra seat for a sport seat, whether for race weekends or for a track or rally build.
