The OMP Tecnica 3 is a 6-point safety harness certified to FIA 8853-2016, intended for rally and circuit competition vehicles. The all-black construction integrates naturally into the cockpit of a purpose-built competition car.
Shoulder and lap belts measure 3'' in width; the crotch strap runs to 2''. Polyester webbing handles repeated wear through competition use. Steel adjusters and buckles made from an aluminium-steel alloy keep the overall assembly light without reducing durability. The central buckle incorporates a release guard against unintentional opening.
The 6-point mounting configuration spreads load across the body during hard braking and impact. The harness is designed for use alongside HANS restraint systems.
