Sparco IS-200 Intercom Amplifier
The Sparco IS-200 is an analogue intercom control unit for communication between driver and co-driver. It has two independent volume controls, one for each crew member, and the set includes two leads terminated with sockets. The driver zone is marked in yellow and the co-driver zone in blue.
The black, angular housing carries a round push button, the Sparco logo and the model designation in red digits. A hinged flap sits on the front, and a thinner third cable leaves the side. The unit is fixed to a grey metal mounting strip with slotted holes, which allows attachment to a roll cage or a dashboard.
Both leads are 2 m long and end in female 6.3 mm jack sockets. An RCA input allows an in-car camera to be connected. Power comes from the car battery via a 12V supply lead, with a 9V battery compartment in the housing as a backup; once the car battery is connected, the 9V battery is disconnected automatically.
