Zeronoise Pit-Link Trainer Android Set

Zeronoise Pit-Link Trainer Android Set

This karting communication kit links a driver with a coach or pit crew member through a smartphone, with no radio involved. Its core is a noise-reducing micro amplifier that pairs with the phone over Bluetooth. Equipment for both sides is included, so the two people can talk as soon as the phone connection is made.

The set consists of black components with logos. The amplifier has a black housing and two red buttons - plus at the top and minus at the bottom - separated by a logo on a geometric pattern. The over-ear headset has a wide padded headband and a boom microphone with a foam cover. A round black box with orange earplugs and a cable with a small helmet-installation microphone ending in a USB C connector complete the kit.

Volume is adjusted with the buttons on the amplifier. The internal battery is rechargeable via USB. The module attaches with hook-and-loop fastening to a race suit or the side of a helmet, and it can also be worn around the neck or inside the suit. The amplifier connects to the training microphones via USB C, and the earplugs link to it through a 3.5 mm jack.

Communication switches on automatically when a phone call connects. The pit-side headset has a push-to-talk button, is lightweight and adds hearing protection, while the speakers are tuned to the voice frequency range for clear speech. The driver receives the Bluetooth module, earplugs and helmet microphone, and the coach or mechanic uses the over-ear headset with an Android smartphone.
