Alpinestars Hypertech V3 Race Suit Black (FIA)

The Alpinestars HYPERTECH V3 is a two-layer race suit homologated to FIA 8856-2018. The manufacturer positions it as its top model for protection, built from technically innovative materials and tested in F1, Formula E, WRC and WEC. It suits adult drivers competing in circuit racing and rallying where an FIA-homologated suit is required.

Stretch panels in Superlight Nomex® sit in the lumbar area, at the elbows and knees, and in the crotch. The sleeves and legs are anatomically shaped and pre-curved for a natural position in the cockpit, while a new soft knitted padding is fitted for comfort. The cuffs use a revised construction that gives a closer fit at the wrist. The metal YKK Premium zip has a double slider and adjustable tabs for fine-tuning the fit, and the suit also features Alpinestars' new F1 extraction handle design.

The suit is black throughout, with thin light grey accents running along the chest, sleeves and legs. Silver-grey brand logos appear on the shoulders, with a small tonal Alpinestars badge on the chest. On the upper back there is a black pocket with grey stitching and the model logo, and a tonal brand wordmark sits at waist height. The homologation label is sewn in at the neck, the collar is low, and the cuffs and leg ends have black elasticated bands.
