Recaro Axion 1 Child Seat Calm Blue

The Recaro AXION 1 in Calm Blue is a car child seat for children weighing 15-36 kg (approximately 3 to 12 years of age). It carries ECE R129 approval and mounts to the vehicle via the ISOFIX system.

The seat, backrest and headrest are finished in a perforated fabric upholstery in the matte blue shade designated Calm Blue. The outer shell is constructed from hard black plastic incorporating a trapezoidal silver-toned panel with the RECARO logo. Lateral backrest wings are adjustable and fold inward for easier handling.

The safety architecture centres on an enhanced side-impact protection system, a trapezoidal frame geometry providing increased structural stability, and an integrated cellular structure that absorbs crash energy. The headrest contains memory foam to support the child's neck. Green belt guides built into the headrest ensure correct harness routing. Additional ventilation openings at the rear of the shell promote air circulation during travel.

The AXION 1 is designed and manufactured in Germany. The upholstery carries a Hohenstein OEKO-TEX® certificate, confirming it is skin-friendly and free from irritants.
