The Sparco K-Prime is a low-profile karting shoe carrying FIA 8877-2022 homologation, meeting current safety regulations for competitive and recreational kart racing. Its slim, streamlined silhouette is engineered to maximise pedal sensitivity and foot control within the confines of a kart cockpit.
The upper is constructed from lightweight microfibre in a predominantly black finish, with a distinctive orange flap across the instep that doubles as the fastening system — eliminating exposed laces. A ribbed, elasticated ankle collar aids secure fit, while abrasion-resistant reinforcements are placed at high-wear zones. The thin rubber outsole features a multi-pattern tread — combining herringbone, directional and grooved elements — and sits close to the foot for direct pedal feel. The Sparco wordmark appears in white on the lateral side.
