The Sparco K-Rapid Rotor is a high-ankle karting shoe produced to FIA 8877-2022 homologation requirements, designed to balance pedal sensitivity with reliable foot support in competitive kart racing.
The upper is constructed from lightweight, soft microfibre in blue, with contrasting white and black detailing throughout. Abrasion-resistant overlays reinforce both the toe cap and heel area, while the ribbed ankle collar is formed from a more pliable material for freedom of movement. Closure is handled by a rotor dial — black, marked with the "S" logo — mounted on the tongue; thin cables run through small loops along the midfoot, distributing tension evenly and eliminating localised pressure points. The flat rubber outsole carries a pronounced zigzag tread pattern designed for kart pedal contact.
An antibacterial lining is fitted throughout the interior. The K-Rapid Rotor is suited to karting use where an adjustable, secure fit and consistent pedal feel are the primary technical requirements.
