The Stilo DG-30 EVO is a professional-grade digital intercom amplifier built for rally crews requiring dependable in-car communication under demanding conditions. Signal processing is handled entirely in the digital domain, which eliminates the interference and background noise inherent to conventional analogue systems.

The unit is compatible with intercoms fitted with a Nexus-type connector. Note that the power cable (YB0301) and headset cable (YB0600.2) are not included and must be purchased separately.

Active noise reduction operates continuously in real time, filtering acoustic background before it reaches the audio output. Driver and co-driver audio channels carry independent filter settings, allowing each crew member's audio to be tuned individually. A built-in Bluetooth module enables wireless pairing with a mobile phone for audio link purposes, while a dedicated auxiliary output accommodates the connection of a radio or camera.

A standout feature of the DG-30 EVO is its dual-circuit architecture: a digital circuit and a fully independent backup analogue circuit coexist within the same housing. Switching between them requires a single toggle, ensuring uninterrupted communication even in the event of a digital system fault. The remote control panel provides ergonomic access to volume adjustment, EQ settings and operating modes via colour-coded function buttons, and is compatible with all intercoms in the AB000x series. The layout is designed to remain operable while wearing rally gloves.

The DG-30 EVO is suited to both professional and amateur rally crews, particularly in vehicles with high engine and tyre noise levels where clear voice transmission has a direct bearing on safety and stage performance.
