The GT6 Sport is a closed-face competition helmet developed for adult racing drivers who require current FIA homologation. Its fibreglass shell provides a rigid, durable protective structure, and the overall design draws on the architecture of the Bell HP6, resulting in a well-refined shape. The helmet carries FIA 8859-2024 certification, making it eligible for events held under FIA regulations - including rally, circuit racing and other disciplines where this standard is mandatory.
The exterior is finished in gloss white with black detailing at the base perimeter. Bell Helmets branding appears on the forehead and on both sides of the visor mechanism in the brand's distinctive oval badge with red-and-white graphics. The model designation - GT6 with the word SPORT rendered in red - is printed on the side of the shell. The visor mechanism combines clear polymer components with metal hardware that stand out against the white shell. A black rubber seal runs around the full circumference of the base.
The visor is wide in its aperture and locks securely using the Smartlock system, which prevents accidental opening during a stage or race. Included with the helmet is an SE06 Anti-Fog visor, ready for use in variable or damp weather conditions without any additional purchase. The shell can also be equipped with supplementary air intake vents, available separately. Note that the GT6 Sport does not come fitted with HANS clips.
