Stilo Venti4 WRC Carbon Rally Helmet (FIA)

The Stilo Venti4 WRC Carbon Rally is an open-face helmet carrying the FIA 8859-2024 homologation, built from a carbon fibre shell formed using Stilo's PURO manufacturing process. The outer surface presents a gloss-black finish with the carbon weave pattern visible across the entire shell - dome, peak and chin guard included. The word "CARBON" appears on each side of the dome with a red arrow graphic replacing one of the letters, accompanied by the "VENTI4" model designation in matching typography. The Stilo logotype with its red-orange symbol is positioned at the front of the dome and is also embroidered on the ear sections of the interior lining.

Shell weight varies by size: 1120 g for sizes 54-58, 1260 g for sizes 59-61, and 1360 g for sizes 63-64. The shell is produced at normal carbon fibre density, while the cheek pads use expanded polystyrene (EPS) inserts. The interior is finished with a black lining throughout. The adjustable peak is likewise constructed from carbon fibre and matches the shell's finish.

A noise-reducing magneto-dynamic microphone with interchangeable pads is integrated at manufacture. The helmet is prepared for the Stilo WL wireless communication system, and a DRS connector port with a blue coupling element is mounted on the left side of the shell. HANS clips are factory-fitted, making the helmet compatible with a HANS device straight from the box. The intercom unit works with Stilo WRC control units and with any system using a Nexus-type plug, covering both WRC-level competition and other rally disciplines where FIA-homologated open-face headgear is required.

FIA 8859-2024 certification is current and permits participation in events governed by FIA regulations. The Stilo Venti4 WRC Carbon Rally is directed at both professional and club-level rally drivers who need certified, competition-ready equipment.
