The Stilo Venti4 WRC Composite Rally is an open-face rally helmet constructed from an MSF fibreglass and Kevlar composite shell, certified to the FIA 8859-2024 standard. The design targets drivers competing in stage rallies from regional-level events through to WRC-class competition, where crew communication, protection and sustained comfort over long special stages are the primary requirements.

A factory-installed Stilo intercom system is integrated into the helmet at the point of manufacture. It operates with the Stilo WL wireless control unit and is also compatible with wired units from the Stilo WRC series and any device equipped with a Nexus connector. The magneto-dynamic microphone features active noise reduction and comes with interchangeable pads to maintain clear communication in rally conditions.

The outer shell carries a metallic silver finish with a subtle fine-gloss effect. The Stilo wordmark appears on the crown in a black-and-red colour scheme, with the model designation "Venti4" positioned on the side panels. The adjustable peak matches the shell colour and is integrated into the overall form of the helmet. A black interior with cheek pad inserts contrasts with the metallic exterior. Round intercom connectors in the characteristic Stilo layout are mounted on the side wall, and the rear edge features colour-coded cable terminals in blue and red. The lower rim is finished with a black seal, and the chin strap fastening is made from black textile material.

Cheek pads are produced from expanded polystyrene (EPS) for a precise, close-contour fit. Weight is rated at 1,370 g for sizes 54-58, 1,260 g for sizes 59-61, and 1,360 g for sizes 63-64. HANS clips are factory-fitted, allowing direct use with a HANS collar without additional preparation. The combination of an integrated intercom, factory HANS clips and current FIA homologation means the helmet arrives ready for competition use.
