The Stilo Venti4 WRC Composite is an open-face rally helmet constructed from a fibreglass and Kevlar MSF composite shell. It carries the FIA 8859-2024 homologation, the current safety standard required for WRC-class and FIA-regulated rally competition. The shell is finished in gloss white, with the Stilo logo in black and red on each side of the crown, the "Venti4" model designation rendered graphically beneath it, and a black rubber trim strip running along the lower edge of the shell. A black FIA norm sticker with the Stilo logo is also present on the shell surface.

A distinctive feature of the helmet's profile is the colour-matched adjustable peak - white, with the elongated shape characteristic of rally helmets. The intercom system is integrated at the factory level: metallic intercom sockets are mounted on both sides of the shell, and the helmet ships complete with a ready-to-use Stilo intercom unit. Pre-installed HANS clips mean the helmet is compatible with a HANS collar from the moment it is taken out of the box, with no separate fitting required. Wireless communication is supported via the Stilo WL system; wired connection is compatible with the Stilo WRC series control units and any device equipped with a Nexus plug.

The cheek pads are made from expanded polystyrene (EPS) and are replaceable. The microphone is a dynamic-magnetic type with noise reduction and interchangeable pads. Weight varies by size: 1,370 g for sizes 54-58, 1,260 g for sizes 59-61, and 1,360 g for sizes 63-64.

The Stilo Venti4 WRC Composite is aimed at drivers competing in rally events on both national licences and under FIA regulations. The open-face design aids communication between driver and co-driver during pacenote reading, while the fully integrated intercom and pre-fitted HANS clips make it a complete, ready-to-use package for the start line.
