The Stilo Venti4 Trophy Jet Composite Hans is an open-face rally helmet with a shell constructed from a fibreglass and Kevlar MSF composite - a combination chosen for its balance of structural strength and controlled weight. The helmet holds FIA 8859-2024 homologation, satisfying the requirements of current rally-sport regulations. HANS clips are factory-installed on both sides of the shell, enabling direct compatibility with a HANS collar without further preparation.

The silver version presents a metallic exterior finish with a subtle gloss. The visor and the upper brow section of the face opening are finished in black, creating a defined contrast with the lighter shell. The Stilo logo appears on the forehead of the helmet and on the interior cheek pads, while the Venti4 model name is marked on the side with a red graphic accent. The metal HANS adapters follow the overall aesthetic of the shell. The retention strap is yellow with a red buckle element.

Cheek pads are manufactured from expanded polystyrene (EPS) and conform to the contours of the face. The adjustable visor is made from plastic and is secured by two screws, allowing its angle to be set to suit lighting conditions. Shell weight is size-dependent: 1200 g for sizes 54-58, 1320 g for sizes 59-61, and 1430 g for sizes 63-64.
