The Stilo WRX Raid Carbon Rally is a closed full-face helmet built for off-road competition. The entire shell is constructed from high-grade carbon fibre, giving the WRX Raid Carbon Rally its characteristic anthracite-black finish with a natural woven gloss that shifts with the angle of light. The visor peak is produced from the same carbon fibre material and integrates seamlessly into the overall profile of the shell.

The shell is manufactured using PURO technology, a process that removes the need for an external clear-coat layer. This approach reduces overall mass without compromising structural rigidity. Depending on size, the helmet weighs from 1250 g (sizes 54-58) through 1370 g (sizes 59-61) to 1460 g (sizes 63-64), covering the full range from size 54 to 64.

Certification is to the FIA 8859-2024 standard, the current FIA safety norm for rally helmets. A WRC-grade intercom system is factory-fitted as standard, incorporating a dynamic noise-reducing microphone and ear cups with sound-isolating earphones. HANS clips are also integrated at the factory, requiring no additional mounting or separate purchase. The internal lining is finished in dark tones and features the Stilo logo embroidered at multiple points.
