Stilo ST6 Double Glaze Visor Clear
The ST6 Double Glaze is a replacement and upgrade visor designed exclusively for Stilo ST6 closed helmets. Its double-layer construction addresses one of the most common issues in competition driving: fogging caused by temperature and humidity differences between the interior of the helmet and the outside environment.
The shell is moulded from hard plastic and fitted with an anti-scratch coating on the outer surface, extending the working life of the lens under regular use. The clear, colourless material allows full transmission of natural light without altering colour perception or contrast - an important factor when reading track conditions or navigating on stage.
The visor features a clear lens framed by a black border running around the field of view. A locking mechanism is positioned on the left side, while a metal attachment point on the right secures the visor to the helmet shell. The overall design is clean and unadorned, with no additional graphics.
The Double Glaze construction consists of two bonded layers; the inner surface carries an anti-fog treatment that reduces moisture build-up during cold or wet conditions, where the temperature differential between cockpit and outside air is greatest. This makes the visor particularly well suited to rally stages and circuit sessions run in cool or damp weather. Fit is specific to the ST6 series - the visor is not compatible with other Stilo helmet lines.
