The Stilo DG-20 Raid is a digital intercom amplifier developed for off-road competition disciplines including Raid, X-Country and Dirt rally events. Its plastic housing is built to withstand the demanding conditions typical of long special stages - high vibration, dust ingress and temperature variation - while keeping the internal signal processing intact throughout.

The unit incorporates an active digital noise reduction system based on Stilo's SDA filter, which isolates speech from engine noise, wind and chassis vibration. The absence of a Bluetooth module is a deliberate design choice, ensuring full compliance with off-road competition regulations that prohibit wireless connectivity of this type.

The compact rectangular enclosure houses a control panel with colour-coded buttons: a blue button for driver volume adjustment, a yellow button for co-driver volume adjustment, a red S/R button, and further function keys marked with noise reduction, settings and equaliser icons. The front panel carries the Stilo logo and DG-20 Raid model designation. On the side edge, two sockets labelled "Out" and "In" are provided alongside a USB-C port protected by a rubber cap against dust and contamination. Two cables with integrated helmet connectors exit the unit, each terminated with a multi-pin connector in a metal housing. A short black and red power lead connects the device to the vehicle's electrical system.

The DG-20 Raid offers independent sidetone and microphone gain adjustment for both driver and co-driver, along with a voice equaliser that improves speech intelligibility and reduces listening fatigue over extended stages. Firmware updates and device configuration are handled via the dedicated DG-20 mobile application (Android) through the USB-C port. Helmet cables are terminated with Nexus-type connectors, which simplify installation and reduce the risk of contact damage.
