The Alpinestars Radar V2 is a certified pit-lane shoe developed in collaboration with leading service crews from F1, NASCAR and IndyCar paddocks. FIA 8856-2018 homologation confirms compliance with the safety standards required in professional motorsport environments. The black upper with contrasting white graphic elements gives the Radar V2 a recognisable silhouette that transitions naturally from the service zone to everyday use.

The high-cut sneaker-style upper features a prominent Alpinestars logo motif on the side, alongside Auto Series branding that identifies the shoe as part of Alpinestars' dedicated motorsport footwear collection. Reinforcements at the heel, ankle and toe area are constructed from leather with a protective print, adding durability where it is needed most.

The Nomex lining provides a fire-resistant barrier around the foot, meeting the demands of environments where open flames or heat exposure are a realistic risk. The midsole is finished in white, creating a clear visual contrast with the black outer sole, which uses a proprietary rubber compound with a specialised tread texture for reliable grip on the slippery surfaces typical of pit-lane floors. A hook-and-loop strap at the top of the upper works alongside a lace closure through the perforated forefoot panel to secure fit. Small ventilation apertures on the sides of the upper contribute to thermal comfort during extended working hours.
