XD Design 2 in 1 Switch Backpack Dusty
This reversible backpack from XD Design can be worn on either side, giving two distinct looks: a minimalist urban one and a casual retro one. The outer fabrics are rPET and nylon, both made from recycled material, and carry the AWARE™ digital passport for recycled content. They are also water-resistant.
One side is a smooth, compact shape in light grey, close to white, with a discreet vertical reflective XD Design logo and a short vertical stripe on the front. The contrast details are powder pink: the hanging loop, the adjustable straps, the strap lining and the zip. The other side is pink throughout, with a fine check-like texture and two zipped pockets, plus a black brand label on the side. The shoulder straps are softly contoured, and light-toned metal carabiners hold the straps together at the bottom.
Switching sides is done with the Patented Shape-Shift Zipper System 2.0. A magnetic twist-lock zipper pull adds anti-theft protection. The bag measures 46 x 30 x 17 cm and holds 22 L, with a dedicated padded compartment for a 16" laptop. Pockets include a water bottle pocket, a back pocket and a document pocket, and which of them is reachable depends on the side worn outwards.
