Alpinestars Tech-1 K Race V2 Graphic 1 Gloves Blue
Alpinestars Tech-1 K Race V2 Graphic 1 is an entry-level karting glove for adults, made from lightweight polyester. It carries no homologation, so it is aimed at karters who want a light feel and a firm hold on the steering wheel rather than certified race wear.
The back of the hand is a strong blue, set against black panels on the cuff and between the fingers. A large black field on the knuckle side holds the white Alpinestars star logo with a grey outline. The cuff features a zigzag graphic in black, grey and light blue, a second logo sits on the inner cuff and a smaller one on the index finger. An elastic cuff adjusts the fit at the wrist.
Silicone inserts are placed across the palm and fingers for grip, and the seams run on the inside of the glove to limit rubbing. The fingertips work with touchscreens, so the gloves can stay on when a phone is used. The graphics are printed onto the fabric.
This pair suits adult drivers in karting practice and competition, and also sim racing, where wheel contact matters.
