This wall calendar covers the year 2027 and features 25 black-and-white photographs by McKlein, taken at historic rallies and circuit races from the 1950s to the 1980s. The images include both rally cars and racing cars. The sheet size is 67 x 48 cm.
The cover is monochrome, with a period car leaving a corner in front of spectators. A red band carries the Motorsport Classic title and a large 2027, while the McKlein Photography logo sits in the lower left corner. Each month opens with a large photograph, followed by the month number, the year, a caption naming the crew, car and event, and a clear grid of days with Sundays highlighted and dotted week markers.
Among the subjects are Ferrari's triple finish at the 1967 Daytona 24 Hours, mechanics at work during the 1962 German Grand Prix, the rain-soaked 1972 Monaco Grand Prix, the 1977 Safari Rally with a Lancia Stratos HF crew, the 1962 British Grand Prix and the 1962 Monte Carlo Rally. This motorsport merchandise item suits fans of vintage racing photography and works as wall decor in a garage, workshop or office.
