Sparco SOFT-TOUCH Long Underwear Bottoms in white are FIA 8856-2000 rated base-layer trousers made from Nomex, an aramid fibre with inherent resistance to flames and high temperatures. They form a protective under-layer beneath a race suit.
Despite its protective characteristics, Nomex is flexible and smooth against the skin. Superflat seams in a matching colour reduce the chance of irritation over long stints. The form-fitting cut keeps the garment in position, with an elastic waistband at the top.
